1) Get names, call, email and fax bomb them to get your money back (always get them to respond in writing, so they need to email or fax you).
2) Ignored? Stalled? Excuses? THREATEN and make WANTED flyer & send to them.
3) Still ignored or blown off? Make good on threats; fill out complaint forms: Better Business, their state AG, FTC (Federal Trade Comm), news media, etc. and fax to crooks.
4) Start posting on internet.
5) Take action immediately! Don’t let a lot of time pass – keep on them! You harassing and annoying them should aggravate them so much that they finally give in.
6) Again, if they will not, then keep on the government agencies, etc. to help you get your money back.
